- Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.
- Shipping speed can be selected at checkout (Priority & Express options available).

✦ RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
✦ Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date the package was delivered.
✦ Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn/unused and in its original packaging.
✦ Shipping charges will be deducted from any returned orders that received free shipping on original order (Amount will be based on current shipping costs at the time the original order was shipped).
✦ For items that arrived damaged/broken a photo is required.
✦ Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (both ways for exchanges).
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

✦ All Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
