All customs fees, import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.

Customer must provide an active/current Email Address AND Phone Number - This is important information required in case customs or your local postal service needs to contact you for delivery or to collect taxes owed. If they are unable to contact you for delivery or you do not respond to them, the package will be sent back to me and the shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
All international orders are shipped with insurance (covers lost/damaged packages). In the event the package is lost or damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving to file a claim. If package and/or item(s) arrive damaged, you must provide several clear photos of the package and item(s).
